We only offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. E-Books – A refund may be issued within 7 days of purchase only if:

    • The e-book could not be downloaded due to a technical issue.

    • Support could not resolve the problem.

  2. Subscriptions – A refund may be issued if:

    • The subscription you purchased is no longer available.

    • Our support team cannot provide a working solution in case of technical issues.

⚠️ Refunds are not available for:

  • Successful downloads of digital products.

  • Subscription cancellations after the service has been used.

  • Change of mind after purchase.

Refund Process

  • If approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
